Shipping

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at 'Raeesa.art@gmail.com' just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if the wrong shipping method has been selected for the items you have ordered. If we haven't already contacted you and you would like to reorder with the correct shipping please do send us an email at Raeesa.art@gmail.com.

When will my order arrive? (Dispatch & Shipping)

We try our best to ship out all orders as fast as we can.
We dispatch orders which aren't preorders within 3-6 working days.  Preorders have a dispatch time of 3-4 weeks.

Ginger highland cows have a 2-3 week dispatch time.

We do prioritise all orders placed using the express shipping method. Please do bare in mind that our products are handmade and we do need time to make each item.

Shipping/delivery time does NOT start from the order date it starts from the dispatch date.

  • Standard delivery takes 3-6 business days to arrive from the dispatch date 
  • Express delivery takes 1-3 business days to arrive from the dispatch date 

These estimated times can be affected if there are postal delays.

We DO NOT send out replacement items or give refunds for any orders that have been marked as delivered by the shipping service used. 

 Please get in touch via email if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status. 

Can I track my order?

UK:

If you have selected a standard delivery method your order will be sent with Royal Mail standard 2nd class shipping which is not a tracked service.  

If you have selected the express delivery method your parcel will be sent with the first class signed for service. This service is not fully tracked but does shows when the parcel has been processed by the post office and when it has been delivered.

International:

All international orders are Fully tracked. You can check where it is in the shipping process through the royal mail website using the tracking number in your dispatch email. If you can't find your tracking number  please contact us at Raeesa.art@gmail.com 

 

 

Washing items

Can I wash my plushie?

Yes you can!

  1. Soak your plushie in cold soapy water for 10-15 minutes
  2. Gently squeeze the water out of your plushie
  3. Let air dry completly through

I wouldn't reccomend machine washing your plushie. However, if you must please use a laundry bag to protect your plushie. we are not responsible for any damage that may occur due to machine washin.

DO NOT machine dry as this may cause the plushie to shrink
